Planning for an immigration case can be a difficult process. At Gambacorta Law, our Skokie immigration attorney helps clients understand the nature of their situation and work toward an effective solution. The purpose of a consultation is to allow a lawyer to review your legal goals and analyze your legal options. Our firm does not accept walk-in appointments, so it is important that you call ahead to schedule your consultation.

Scheduling Your Consultation

During the consultation, an experienced immigration lawyer will discuss all aspects of your case, identify the best strategies for achieving your goals, estimate the chances of success, and explain the relevant timeline, fees, and process that apply to your particular kind of case. The consultation is a one-time commitment for a flat fee of $80, the reason being that it takes a considerable amount of time to get all of the important information we need to properly evaluate your case.

Need to reschedule? Make sure to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment 24 hours before the appointment date. Cancellations after the 24-hour mark may be charged the $80 fee. Contact us right away if there is a scheduling conflict so that we may find a more suitable consultation time for you.
