"In 2009 my husband was planning with a Sponsor, Attorney and great hope to file for Permanent Residence in the United States of America. From Application processing, filing and such an immediate decision we were told we are a marriage in question, my husband was holding unauthentic documents and lacked formatted documentation that fit the order of the United States of America's Immigration requirements.

Happy that we were answered so soon, we quickly went about responding to the allegations written and acquiring the documentation requested. Our application was denied.

Little did we know our efforts would mean that we would have to relocate to a new residence more than four times, hire a new Attorney we had no knowledge of for such an important matter as my husband's future then look to the Justice system in my husband's homeland, as well. My husband never had any encounter with his country's Legal System, and certainly no understanding of the American Immigration system.

We were not sure we were advancing with success or back tracking.

I relied on gut instinct that Mr. Timothy A Gambacorta was the Attorney for us as I could hear his heart, his ethics, professionalism and unwavering determination for the work he performs through my initial telephone call. During an immediate initial consultation, I was thoroughly convinced of his passion with the law. His site embodies his amazing education and travels. HE has offices in two US states. Yet he is sincere, owns integrity and brings social comfort to the table relieving us of any anxiety or second thoughts.

I am without words to describe what eight months of consultation with my husband's homeland justice system and another eighteen months of preparation for Mr. Gambacorta to be allowed to appeal our application. Applying again to US Immigration including requests, Mr. Gambacorta sought and succeeded the next Immigration interview.

Did I mention the complex arguments, letters, monetary appeals, the wait and proposals from the overseas justice and eventually its attempt to embezzle our proceedings. Mr. Gambacorta worked from his Chicago office. He won over the embezzlement and wrote to the legal team overseas that the law requires legal services need to be exact and save professional rapports. The extreme work to compromise then assemble the appeal and entered in perplexed me. After which, we all waited more than twelve months for the United States Homeland Security Office of Immigration to grand my husband Permanent Residence in the United States of America. My husband was awarded after another three months.

It was said that the effort to process through Immigration to America can take much longer in some situations. However, the motivation and confidence that goes into what can be a most complex case or any case could only exude from an Attorney with passion for the law and the people. Mr. Gambacorta.

With appreciation for opening my husband's future and his possibilities, on behalf of my family, my friends, our family in his homeland, both our Church's support and his countrymen here in his American Association representing his homeland, we praise you and yours as we cannot thank you enough."

"In 2009 my life ended when my husband was arrested. I was alone with two children, a boy merely 2 years old and a little girl only 3 months old. Being an at home Mom, I felt as though I lost everything when he was taken. Not only was he sentenced 2.5 years in prison, but he was also placed on an immigration hold meaning that he could be deported. I was a mess and I had no where to turn. I began making phone call after phone call to every immigration lawyer I could find. They were all un-helpful and I felt miserable, "Could no one help my husband?" Then I stumbled along Mr. Gambacorta, from the first time I talked to him I knew that he was different, that he wasn't like all the other lawyers that I had talked to. He gave me hope and reassurance and finally some answers. He and I worked together as a team and I felt as if he were in our corner fighting with us for my husband's freedom. The fight was certainly not easy and it was long and extremely difficult. Mr. Gambacorta was always there even on nights and weekends, always willing to help. I can't express how appreciative I am to have found him. My husband is back home with us now and we are celebrating our 8 year anniversary this Friday. Thank you for your sincere dedication Mr. Gambacorta, you brought my family back together."

"I just got released from being detained at Immigration Custom Enforcement (ICE) located here in the state of Arizona. I'll tell you it was a nightmare! My wife started looking for someone to help us and she found Timothy, she felt very strongly about his dedication and skill. At the end she was right about Mr Timothy...this man has a unique way of representing his clients with professionalism and care. I was almost deported suffering extreme hardship and separation from my family. Never in my life have I ever felt so hopeless. Thanks be to God for sending me Mr Timothy I am very thankful for the special dedication and attention given to my case. I have a second chance at life here in the United States. Thank you Mr Timothy for your time and hard efforts God bless you and I dearly thank you again."

"I had one of my best experiences in my life when I found out that attorney Timothy Gambacorta was able to represent myself and take care of my case with the most significant and professional manner, and more importantly he was willing to establish my legal status in the U.S.A.

Before I met attorney Timothy Gambacorta I had already visited quite a few immigration attorneys that did not give me any kind of hope or even any solutions in order to become a green card holder, their professional criteria according to them was that my case was very complicated and even worst there were no possibilities to legally represent me, even though my oldest son became a american citizen quite a few years ago.

In the mean time, my personal life was full of sadness and hopeless because I was not able to travel to my country and see my loved ones ( my mother 94 years old , my son and a lot more)of family members that live in ECUADOR) my expectations to fix my papers were everyday far away from realty, but my heart always was so close to my loved ones.

Now I am able to describe how excellent was attorney Timothy Gambacorta when I had my first time consultation (no charge at all ). He provided me a lot of support, hope and I could tell right away that I made the right choice ; there was no question about how good he was, he offered me his services with the best civil and ethical manner in order to obtain my permanent residence in the U.S.A.

I felt very happy and very thankful to God and of course to attorney Timothy Gambacorta the day that I became a permanent resident of the U S A; I went to Ecuador this year 2011, my experience when the airplane was landing was incredible, I could not hold my tears, I felt my heart was going to come out of my chest, was a unique experience to see my loved ones after so many years of a long time; I looked at a crowd of people at the arrivals hall but I never thought that all those people were waiting for me. Many things had changed in my country after all those years that I was not able to go, but certainly what did not change was my love and my affection for my loved ones and also for the country that I was born.

Thanks once again to Timothy Gambacorta for his unique, extraordinary and ethical work and kindness."

"I am in the Air Force and I have been patiently waiting for our government to pass some legislation on immigration. My wife was an illegal alien with no solution to change that unless she went back to her home country to file for a green card. Since I am in the Air Force with two kids, this would not be possible. This has been going on for over 4 years until we met Mr. Gambacorta. He did some research and found that we could file for a parole-in-place which is a new process for military members to help there spouses seek some sort of status in the USA. My wife was granted status to stay here and file for a green card. I am always deployed and it is reassuring that my wife and kids will be ok while I am gone and not have to worry about her being deported. Once again, thank you for all that you did for my family Mr. Gambacorta. Thank you for supporting the troops!!!!!"

"I was in a difficult situation until I met Mr. Gambacorta. I was in the process of being deported since I was here unlawfully. Thankfully, Mr. Gambacorta had my deportation terminated and I was able to stay here with my family"
